No offense Olle, or whoever is posting this promo, but Las Vegas Gold Level UP, is akin to throwing a new cover on an old book, and trying to sell it as a NEW novel.

It's the same old same old inside, as every other LEVEL UP promo Bitstarz run.

You said you guys were working on something new. This isn't new, it's old.

Players like myself in AU, have had all the decent games brands taken from us. Trying to compete with other players who are not hobbled by B-grade slots or massively high-variance megaways etc., etc., has turned into a shellacking, with little to no hope of gaining anything but a few free spins here and there.

Before all these game brands were removed, I was averaging 10 - 15x my deposit. Now, if I'm lucky to get 5x. Mostly it's 2- 3x. That BS. That's just a sucker-machine.

How about looking after your Loyal AU players and giving us something where, we too can feel like we at least have a chance. Instead of feeling like we have no chance.

Well, we are working on new things, but exciting things take time, and in the meantime we figured it's better to run something than nothing at all

You know that if we ran all the game studios we'd make our games available to all players from all geo's, but sadly it's not up to us. Of course we'd love it if all games were accessible across the world but sadly it's a licensing and game provider call.

You know me, I'm all ears for any suggestions to make the BitStarz experience better for our players, so if you have any, I'm right here

NB - Nothing personal against you Olle, you've proven yourself to respect the truth, and honesty too. You've always been respectful to me. However, you don't own the casino, so (not saying there is) but if there was something not Kosher (regarding AU players), you may not be in 'need to know' loop.

What it seems is not understanding is, that money dropped by AU-players in not obtaining the same (equal) chances, as players who have access to most, if not all your slots games.

That's the concern.

EG - My money, just like other AU VIP's is the same as any other VIP player.

However, my deposits get me far less chances of obtaining a spot on the weekly slot races, and or any other winning spots in comps run by Bitstarz, because of the crappy-games we're served.

That seems to be the general consensus among other AU players (VIP's or not).

I'm not about to blurt out publicly what I've dropped (lost) this year, but you and I know it's not chump-change. Frankly, since Thunderkick, Quickspin, NoLimitCity, Relax Gaming and a couple of others, mine and other AU players chances of gaining extras (EG - weekly slot races) has been highly crippled.

A few spins here and there won on slots race @ 40x wagering isn't exactly VIP material.

What I don't understand is...

There are other Curaçao licensed casinos, who still have for example, the software provider: NoLimitCity. But you guys pulled them literally months ago.

So obviously it's not a licensing and or game provider "call", or they wouldn't have them.

There are plenty of other decent slot providers who still accept AU. But you guys don't have them.

Just so there is no confusion... Yes I'm miffed. But I have every right to be. Before the above providers were yanked, I was getting, what I considered, fair-game-play. I don't expect to win every time on every deposit, but on the same token, I don't expect to be bled dry on every deposit, either.

Previously 10K, 15K, 20K in credits wasn't an impossible task. Now however, if I reach 5K it's a miracle.

I'm sure most people don't like feeling as if they are being sucker-punched. But that's what I'm starting to feel. Like I'm being played for a mug, with slots that I and other AU players, don't stand a chance on.

@Bitstarz Affiliates - I've held an account at mbitcasino before bitstarz. And, while I no longer play there, I obviously can still login to my account. Hence that's what I did. mbitcasino is Softswiss powered (which I thought bitstarz is too)... Anyway, here's the screen cap of their NoLimitCity slots, which I can MOST definitely STILL wager real money on.

Therefore, the removal of NoLimitCity can't be because of the software provider, licensing, or for that matter Softswiss, otherwise, if any or all of the aforementioned were correct, then AU players could not play these slots for real money... just sayin
