Top Game Software

Morning all,

I'm interested to get people's thoughts on Top Game software. To be honest, I've always been wary of promoting it as I didn't think it was hugely popular and casinos seemed to have all sorts of player/affiliate problems.

That was largely as a result of a bit of research I did a couple of years ago and I'm now in the process of releasing a new site that I'd like to think would be fairly comprehensive ... so should I be including a few TG properties on it? Or would you still recommend against it?

The top game casinos I know have unfriendly bonus wagering requirements, top game brands don't convert well for me.

I would also stay away, there are plenty of safer options to promote so why risk it

As others have said - I don't think there's much wrong with the software itself.
The BIG problems seem to be with the operators, in particular they have some very strange rules, VERY low cash-out limits and they take a long time to process cash-outs too.

The only two groups I think are (only just) good enough to promote are Winward and Affiliate Wide - but even they are far from perfect.
I have to put warnings to players on my site about their bizarre cash-out policies.
If they scrapped these stupid rules and paid players quickly they would be 1000% more popular IMHO - but as it is I hardly make a bean with them.

I wouldn't touch any other TG groups with a barge pole - especially not Rome Partners (Rogue).

Just to add my voice to the chorus - Top Game casinos have a very poor reputation within the gambling community in general and are well known for the large number of player complaints they generate. To be fair to Rome Casino, they seem to resolve that vast majority of these complaints in the end but i don't think i've seen another casino generate so many in such a short period in the first place. In short, TG hasn't improved.
