Hello, only me.

When we see these adverts on TV (in England) and they say £x,xxx, xxx amount paid out daily, what does this mean?

winnings?

Actual withdrawals?

or just winning games?

Its winnings games, if you bet €100 and win €50, the casino have paid out €50 in winnings, but have as well earned €50 in profit :)

I think it would be winnings that were paid out. IMO

I agree with Rhonda. What I have been seeing lately from a ton of sites is that they will express winnings as total number of monies won (discounting the losses). Example: FanDuel.com is a fantasy sports betting site... they will say 'Player x has won $240,000 this year'. But they will NOT say that 'Player x has lost $100,000' or 'Player x has spent $50,000 on contests'. So... player may have ACTUALLY won only $25k, but they won't say that :)

Probably the same with all casino sites now... Player could have spent $100k to make $25k (net loss of $75k), but won that one play of $25k. Make sense?

Agree with winnings - play £1 stake, get £0.80 return, £0.80 contributes to their "total paid out". It's nonsense to attract people but it's very easy to turnover a couple of K or a couple of hundred K for big players.

well its all 3, or more likely a combinations of all 3.
if they paid out £x,xxx, xxx in a day then:

all of it would have to be from winnings
some of it might be withdrawn
and all of it is from winning games because a losing game does not generate any winnings.
