UI/UIX Designers - Anyone know good ones?

I'm looking for a good (well, and cheap cause I don't have a lot of cash) - UI /UX designer for my slots website. Does anyone know of any? I've looked around a LOT on Google and have really only come up with sites where those types hang out like Dribble and Toptal. But it seems like a pain in the butt to contact them through there

Any help is appreciated! I need to get something designed for a front end so I can move forward. I'm stuck in a RUT (capitalized because it is a big rut )
