The consultation on the proposal to update license condition 8.1 ran for 12 weeks. The response document explains the UKGC's final position on each proposal.
Changes to the Licence Conditions and Codes will take effect on 31st October 2020 and will affect all online B2C operators, remote B2B operators, non-commercial societies and local authorities holding society lotteries licenses, and external lottery managers.
