Unpaid commission due to changing the deal when it came to payment, ongoing attempts to communicate ignored - CLOSED

Grande Affiliates suddenly changed the agreement I had with them when it came to payment and just shaved off FTDs with the simple explanation of "new policy". I had a deal in place with an affiliate manager with screenshots to prove the deal, I delivered FTDs and I want to get paid for what we agreed on.

I've contacted several members of their team on Skype despite being ignored.

@tp100 We just hear back from the representatives and we were advised they have been in communication with you and explained why all FTDs from your account don't count for CPA payment. As stated in the program T&C: "CPA Deals starts at € 100 with a baseline of €25 on first deposit and €20 cash turnover."
We were also informed you got the payment for the customers who met the CPA rules, and will be paid if those remaining once the requirements are met.
If you would like to receive further updates on the remaining players activity, representatives advised to please stay in contact with them.

this is completely not correct at all. We have a specific deal and in writing from their affiliate managed saying the deal was without Baseline. They keep telling us that they will fix it but still have not heard from them, surprise surprise

also just to state, the case is not "closed" at all, we still have not settled the issue and payment is still not made.
