Unpaid Commission from "Betsolino Partners'', they are not responding since 2 weeks

Hey all,
I would like to inform the incident we face with Betsolino Partners. We have worked with them in July and August month, and when our first payment was scheduled on 30th August, they are not responding after that.
I would like to know if any suggestion I can get what to do, we have tried all possible ways to connect them.
