Unpaid commission - UNRESOLVED

We sent an invoice on February 27 but the funds have not been received. Getting no clarification from the affiliate manager at Alpha Affiliates. Apparently this brand is moving to a new program soon so maybe that's causing issues. Either way, we would appreciate some sort of explanation!

Yes! Our affiliate manager at Alpha Affiliates who is managing Golden Crown Casino said "we stopped promoting GoldenCrown, it will be a separate affiliate program" so I guess they won't have anything to do with this brand soon.

@HappyGoLucky We did get in contact with StarCrown representatives. They advised that commission earned before 1st March, should be paid by Alpha Affiliates. We notified Alpha Affiliates rep regarding your case.

Since we did not receive any further updates, we will mark this case unresolved. In case we get some news from the representatives we will update the forum thread.

No update. They keep saying that "they are waiting for a response from the bank". I asked for proof of payment but they can't provide us with that.

Dropping a warning here regarding alpha affiliates. Decided to do so as I noticed another affiliate's complaint for the same reasons on Ask Gamblers.

We are running some social media groups and are communicating a lot with our followers. Especially high rollers so we know pretty much when they are depositing, losing, and winning.

After a couple of months of successful partnership we noticed that when some of our best players deposited and lost money, this was not showing on our affiliate account. Now in recent months, we have noticed this trend of untagging our best players. It's systematic work from Alpha Affiliates to untag highrollers and so on to avoid paying commission. And not a technical error. This is a scam company and I suggest staying away .
