WTF when did that happen nice to know at least affiliates gets this info. I have never been bonus banned or had problems. Slotocash and Desert Nights have and are happely taking all my deposits month after month etc. Where i have never managed withdrawals. But suddenly now bonus banned??? great thanks a lot.....

You should have been able to redeem that bonus on download software, its been credited manually.

Thanks yes got email stating it had been redeemed . It does state upon account creating so does this mean any new account as stated above is then bonus excempt for any bonuses? I get understanding this means you will be pulling out of UK then? Sorry by the way for my posts they look bit silly to me now it just got to me being told this in live chat.
