I'm currently looking to parner up with one of the US online casinos to try my luck there. From my understanding, Golden Nugget is the biggest player currently and there while there are other alternatives, they appear to be few in number.

Problem is, however, that no one is responding AT ALL. I registered to the Golden Nugget program back in june I think it was, and still no response or activation of the account. If this happened with any of the Euro programs it would be a sure warning sign.

So what's the deal here. They don't care about European affiliates?

Affiliates in NJ need some sort of license.

That explains their somewhat lukewarm interest. Thank you Biti.

'They' have not even responded. Non of them in fact. They seem to be totally in the 'no fks given' zone.

Try another operator. 888 or Sugarhouse forwarding your license application to the DGE.

But have in mind, with this license you can agree (poor) CPA deals only. I just can talk about my US results with a super new (offshore) site and a deal like that would be something like throw money out of the window.

If you want to setup RevShare deals, you need to apply for an Ancillary license ($2000 application fee). Once granted, you can promote any legal NJ casino, but you can't promote any offshore operator at the same time.

New Jersey has roughly 9 million residents and its like 38 or 39 on the most populous state list, so it is
a fairly limited market compared to promoting casinos to the rest of the world. With all of the requirements,
it would seem to be a much easier and a more rewarding path to just promote casinos in other jurisdictions.

There are also some affiliate networks that have applied for CPA licenses in the US. They can give a quick access to the market. The CPA license, however, isn't that difficult process if you're serious about going there.
