The American Gaming Association (AGA) projects US commercial gaming revenue to surpass $67 billion in 2024, marking a fourth consecutive year of growth. Q3 2024 revenue reached $17.71 billion, with online gaming driving expansion. iGaming revenue rose 30.3% to $2.08 billion, while sports betting grew 42.4% to $3.24 billion, comprising 29% of total revenue.
Brick-and-mortar casino revenue dipped slightly by 0.9% to $12.38 billion but remains stable due to strong demand and new openings. AGA CEO Bill Miller praised the industry’s adaptability, highlighting innovation, demographic shifts, and responsible gaming as key drivers of future success.
