Not really sure what you're asking here. Promoting sportsbooks to an USA audience is, to use the technical industry term, f***ing difficult. Mainly because the books themselves all have processing problems of one kind of another/they shave/they don't track players properly/all of these.
Bovada are pretty solid as online18casino says. Otherwise, you should be looking at 5 Dimes/SportBet, possibly WagerWeb and, well, that's about it.
Bovada is the only program that is converting above 40% for me. That's signups to deposits. Second place...a distant second is BetOnline, but they still owe me for September. BookMaker is dreadful for conversions, as they are only converting about 5% of the signups I send them. GTbets.eu is okay, but their affiliate site is quite antiquated. I just started with GT last month, and have converted 27% of signups. Not a huge pool of players to provide accurate numbers yet. Best of luck!
