I like Affactive, Ace Revenue, and Betting Partners the most currently.

Affactive will make your banners, artwork custom, email plug-and-play campaigns whatever you want. They will give you what ever you ask for. They will give you cash and presents if you do well. Go at clara@affactive and tell her I sent you so she will like me even more haha. Quick turn around and Winpalace mobile casino works pretty well too. The downside is that it is really all slots and casino table game based, no sports or hold 'em poker.

Betting Partners is Bovada, Slots.LV and Downtown Bingo. There is everything there, sports betting, live poker, their own proprietary software games, slots form RTG and BetSoft (branded as 3D), and they up your commission with just 50 real money players or something really small like that. The casino lobby feels high budget and I think players notice how well crafted it is. The problem is that 1. I hear it is really tight, as I played there a few times and never won crap and 2. the competition is really high. People are probably going to have seen them or even have an account already. Still they are so good its worth it...

Ace Revenue knows what USA players want to see, and gives them an avenue to despot and play with out being cheesy or pushy in their promotional emails. This has proven in my sign up to conversion with their brands being ridiculously high. These are bonus happy casinos and they do not have the awful ones of yesteryore anymore. Many are no rules and come with free spins. The artwork is good, maybe not quite as good as Deckmedia (#4 best imo), but it relates to the casinos art and looks right next to one another. Problem here is that the cashout fees are steep and there brands have a somewhat bad rep if you Google them hard enough. Then again... who doesn't lol.

As far as which ones convert the best, it was going to be Silver Oak because the slots work on iphones and ipad's and the inevitability someone will eventually access it via their phone is pretty high. When they see the app it think it evokes trust and RTG sites generally generate good income.

But for me Slot madness converts the best, maybe because there are not as many NuWorks casinos? Would be cool if it went mobile...

Strangely for me Planet 7 and then Slot madness convert the best, followed by Royal then Silver.

To be honest, its been up and down with a lot of programs. I do well with Deckmedia, specifically Miami Club and Black Diamond Casino. They have their low points but usually get solid value out of my traffic. I've been promoting Sloto Cash for a few years now with them also and have seen good numbers there. Obviously Revenue Jet and AffActive are usually pretty steady also. Its all a crapshoot th

No none of those yet Every1Bets, but another good one for US players and they do BetOnSoft games is Lotus Affiliates. I get the 4th best value out of them and if your traffic has never seen the likes of a BetOnSoft casino I bet they would get a few newbies. Also when winners get a paper check from Bank of America with Asian Characters on it they think it is legit, rather than the other outfits that send checks with mismatched descriptions, etc.

Those you can shove into the ATM in the US and it instantly cashes, where as the other ones you have to go inside to cash because they are Canadian or another countries where the sizes are slightly different. All that, and its only like $13 fee to get one so with it all combined you have a pretty good avenue to convert by letting your players know this. The flagship is Lotus Asia Casino then the High-Roller oriented Black Lotus Casino and then the sign-up with Facebook all-mobile Fone Casino.
