Hello, First off I'd like to start by saying I am not the type of person to complain / make a big fuss about problems.
I have encountered a bit of a problem from V.partners affiliate program regarding CPA rejection. I brought V.partners under my portfolio for the month of January. 3rd week in I received a message from my affiliate manager claiming that I have sent "fraudulent traffic" and that I have created an account under my same IP, my affiliate manager also sent me "my ip" which wasn't even my IP. Anyways I have 650 EUR in CPA money that was fully rejected for payout due to this. But I have some points I'd like to bring up to defend myself.
1st point is that I have players who have KYCED and made full withdrawals of amounts over 1200 EUR. This is meaning that players have sent in their documents proving their identity.
2nd point is that my viewers mostly use the same VPN, Windscribe, which only has very few IPS. Now I fully understand that the Casino does NOT allow VPN, so fair enough the one duplicate IP account should be revoked for CPA.
3rd point is that my affiliate manager said the bad traffic was due to an account being registered under same IP, which I understand fully. That being said because one account is linked under the same IP DOES NOT mean that all CPA should be revoked. If they sense a threat because of a VPN I get it but that shouldn't effect the rest of the signups/ftds I brought.
I have been advertising online casinos for 2+ years now. I wouldn't risk my reputation for 650 Eur in CPA revenue. I'd love to hear thoughts and opinions on this. I have screenshots to show members have withdrawn and screenshots of what my affiliate managers have sent me. I read on their website that they were AGD certified so this is a little bit worrisome for myself. Please help

Hi all,

As we appreciate our reputation, we never risk it by declining leads for no reason. We will provide the detailed report proving our arguments and policy shortly.

Best regards,

The thing is that I have stated why I agree some leads should be declined. But you have declined all leads which is wrong.

We have sent a fraud report with exact IP addresses and proofs to Nick@phantommarketing.net. As the affiliate didn`t agree to publish it at the website for some reason, we don't attach it here but we can share the general conclusion.

All players were generated by the webmaster himself and thus claimed fraud according to our policy 5.2. All Qualified Customers shall be verified by the Websites Anti-Fraud Department on their compliance with requirements set forth hereinabove - https://v.partners/pages/termsandconditions In case Websites Anti-Fraud Department submits to V.Partners a written statement that a Qualified Customer and/or the Affiliate (i) has committed a Fraud, and/or (ii) does not comply with the agreed terms, and/or (iii) has created a multi-account, V.Partners may submit a written statement to the Affiliate, including but not limited to (i) the date of and circumstances, and (ii) the amount of Commission involved (the “Claim”). In this case, V.Partnersis entitled to reject the Qualified Customer(s), thus any payments under respective Qualified Customer(s) shall be waived. 3.2.15. Refer his friends, immediate family members, spouses, partners and housemates to the Website(s) promoted via V.Partners

3.2.17. Perform any actions which are intended, or would reasonably be expected, to harm V.Partners or its reputation or which would reasonably be expected to lead to unwanted or unfavourable publicity to V.Partners

The affiliate claims he uses one of the most popular VPNs and that its not his IP. However, as we see, the IP matches with players IPs which means that players also used this VPN and for no reason because these geos are not prohibited on the product. Besides, players are forbidden to use VPN - you can check it here https://icecasino.com/en/terms-and-conditions
12.7. Masking IP or location is not allowed and we reserve the right to close any accounts and void any bets, bonus and winnings if the account was created or used through the use of IP or geolocation masking technologies including but not limited to VPN and Proxy Servers.
Summing up, in this report you can clearly see that fraud has taken place and for this reason the leads were rejected totally in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Aside from what the Affiliate Rep has posted, the OP eludes to knowing these referred customers. I suppose that could be because he's a 'streamer'... twitch.tv/northernniklaus, so no web site that I can see.

Maybe he also promotes Windscibe VPN, IDK (o_O)

And, if the country these players are located in is not a banned region, then why use a VPN. If your doing so to stop being tracked by your ISP, then using another DNS server will solve that problem.

Using a VPN risks your account being locked and or being in conflict of a casino/sportsbook's T&C's etc., etc.

I'd be chalking this down to a lesson learned.
  • Read the T&C's of every affiliate program.
  • Don't encourage you referred players to use a VPN.
  • Don't incentivized traffic.
