Just a heads up about Vegas Crest and Vista gaming. They are almost 2 months late AGAIN. Is anyone else having problems with them?

Thanks for the post. I've only just started promoting them a few months ago and have 1 sign up and no deposits. Did they tell you why they are late with payments again? I'm not sure I want to continue promoting a program where I need to chase up payments.

We can only apologise for the delay in your payment reaching you this month but as I am sure you can confirm, full payment has been made.

As our many affiliates can attest, at Vista Gaming we do our very best to ensure that all our affiliates are paid on time every month. However, sometimes issues arise which are out of our control and this may create delays. Delays are usually caused by payment processors and in your situation the potential for delay was increased due to the method through which you choose to receive your funds.

We continue to introduce new safe and secure processors to assist us in our payment options, especially to the US, and this should reduce the potential for delays.

Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and are happy to confirm that the issue is now resolved. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us.

That's not a terribly clever thing to say on a public forum...

I'm doing quite well with these guys and I am happy about that - but payments ARE very late compared to what the affy T&Cs say:
"The commission is calculated at the end of each month and payments shall be performed by the tenth day of each calendar month."

I have had 4 payments so far, reaching me on the 23rd, 25th, 17th and 30th of the following month.
Still waiting for August... and today is the 18th day...

So if that is your "very best to pay by the 10th", you're not doing very well.

Just checked and found they paid me on Sep-20th (Neteller).
