Do any of you guys deal with Vegas Crest / Vista Gaming and use the UPAY Card? The UPAY card is down for 2-8 weeks and has been down for over a month. Anyone else having troubles?

No sorry can't help you. However Upay.com site seems very much active, so my suggestion, would be to contact them directly with your enquiry. I contacted ecopayz last week about a withdrawal issue. They were more than happy to contact the casino on my behalf. Within 24 hours of that contact, the issue was sorted, and I was paid.

I have been on live chat with them only for them to continue asking for patience. I noticed they added a lot more options in the backend but you still cannot load your card.

Does Upay offer bank wire withdrawal of funds?
I'd be using that method, given the amount of time this card has be non-fuctional, and the fact, they're asking for patience. Sounds like trouble to me.

they do offer withd, which is why i am not seriously annoyed. wanted to use crd. I will update the thread once I have an update.
