Hello AGD community,

Today we present to you the real revenue share audit report for VegasRevenue.

They have NewVegas Casino as their brand.

Affiliate Reporting Platform: Rival

Test signup and deposit is made from Country ‘Serbia’

We deposited $15 / 0.00028737 via BTC and took a 400% welcome bonus.

Our funds with the welcome offer were $75 and we started playing some slots:

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:

For the deposit of $15 our earnings were $6.75. Our earnings should be 45% of the Net Gaming Revenue amount, which means that the NGR is $15.

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 15/15= 100%.

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:
  • 25% = 25 %
  • 30% = 30 %
  • 35% = 35 %
  • 40% = 40 %
  • 45% = 45 %

This looks very good - should be like this with all casinos, transparent and "this is what you earn dot"

But actually, their casino has no license? I cant find anything about licenses, on their footer nor their terms. This cant be good, specually if it´s up on AGD also?!?

@MissExposé - @Guard Dog - @melcb

Number1 Affiliates and VegasRevenue, it seems neither of their casinos hold valid, current or any regulated igaming license. Yet is seems, LCB Network is partnered with both programs. Worse, Number1 affiliates are AGD "certified". And it would also seem that VegasRevenue are in the process of being "certified".

How is it possible for AGD to even consider, much less, sanction programs, where, their igaming venues do not hold an igaming license?

A few hours after posting these questions, 1 of the staff members I notified with the @ symbol posted to that same thread, but avoided answering the questions. I've asked these question before, and they too have been ignored.

Reiterating, if a forum who claims they are: "protecting affiliates interest", yet it's clear they happily associate; partner or otherwise work with igaming operators who are not licensed/regulated, then, what does that tell you... Granted not every licensed/regulated operator is ethical.

Unfortunately there are bad apples in every tree.

However, promoting igaming operators who hold a valid gaming license, in a valid/approved jurisdiction, at least offers some type of protection to players. No Gaming License - that offers no safety net at all.

But it don't mean that operators with no igaming license don't pay, Dave.

We have experienced some operators with igaming license who hasn't paid.

Of course an igaming license shows at least some type of protection at the first view for the customers but you can't be 100% sure.

Equal whether are any license or not you must always fight for your money.

A license change nothing, it's always the responsibles behind the company who decide to pay or not.

No fees is nice, but that NewVegasCasino looks like a dodgy clip joint.

While a gaming license may not equate to a 100% guarantee of payment (player or affiliates), operating a licensed and regulated igaming business, is what this industry expects. Unlicensed operators are more likely to run dodgy games, etc., etc.

Anyway... if some AGD members aren't bothered if an operator is licensed/regulated or not, that's their prerogative. Personally, I don't like being treated like a mushroom - feed BS and kept in the dark.

Clearly LCB has contra deals running with some programs, and given we as members contribute to the forum; without us AGD would be a ghost-town, I think we have a right to not only question motives here, but also, to expect answers to valid questions about ethics and what not.
