I am also an affiliatie for verajohn. But Franco buffa is pretty active on Skype. He answers me always in a timely matter, hope it helps Mickey.
Just search for his name on skype and youll find him.

We have never had any issue like this Franco is always quick to respond to mails, Skype etc. The only time he has not is if he is on holiday but then we always have a message saying he is away. As far as Vera & John casino being related to Grand Duke they are not!

Now it is up to you how far we should take this on this forum, but if you still claim what you posted is right then you should not have a problem with leting me post all I have from our e-mail conversations to that payment has been made (to a player account in your wifes name, did you check with her if she withdrew the money??) to that sms and mails have been answered with in hours (one exception the day after).

If I do not get your permission to post everything here so readers can make up their own mind on what actually happened or not happen, I will consider this case closed as there is not point in answering a thread if facts cannot be posted.

and I have to agree with the mickey417 the post have always been friendly and polite even if not really truthfully reflected on this forum.

I am really sorry we had to come to this but you pushed this to its limit and even thow our company policy is that the customer is always right and believe me we try to live up to that but there is a limite to how much we have to accept when you start to alter the truth.

Affiliates really need to realize there are holidays all around the world which will at times delay payments! Also it is just a common practice to give the program a couple days to be late before you start going at them. Your marketing partners so you really need to be developing a nice working relationship not alienating your AM just a bit of advice from a old timer..
