For years I've been saying "If only Bet Voyager had a proper affy program I would promote them"
Well now they have... but I'm not sure I like their very unique terms;
Affiliates only make money when players WIN, and make nothing when they lose.
Also, earnings are capped at 5 years from sign-up date.
Since BetCruise offers Rake Free poker, No Commission on the betting exchange, and Equal Odds casino games, BetCruise charges a 10% house fee from a player's net winnings during a withdrawal.
The affiliate will split that amount evenly with the house. The affiliates taking part in the program will receive 50% revenue share from the house fee that BetCruise charges players during each month. This way, the more the players withdraw their winning from the BetCruise portal, the more that the affiliates will earn.
The affiliates will receive their share of earnings for every player brought to BetCruise for the duration of 5 years.
Thoughts?

I got that from them too via a contact form. The key part is this:

The affiliates taking part in the program will receive 50% revenue share from the house fee that BetCruise charges players during each month.

From what I can recall of this place they have the no house edge casino games. But they make their profit either way by charging players a 10% fee on winnings when they withdraw. That is the "house fee". So in reality you are being paid 50% of 10% of winnings, i.e. 5% of the win if/when the player withdraws.

It would be interesting to find out if the 10% fee acts as a disincentive to withdraw small wins. I suspect it would. And even if the games are 100% RTP you can expect the average win in the long run to be zero at best!

It sounds like a pretty shitty deal to me. From a player's perspective why play there when you could play the Betfair zero lounge with no fees?

Well to start with Betfair are a ROGUE casino who steal from players and so should not be patronised by affiliates or players alike IMHO. :mad:

Also, last time I looked (about 2 years back) their "Zero Edge" games were not comparable to Bet Voyager; for instance, their Zero Roulette had minimum chips of £1, and a maximum table bet of £50 = totally useless!
If I recall correctly, Bet Voyager have MUCH bigger limits in both directions.

I know about the Betfair rogue thing. But players can't claim a bonus in the zero lounge so that would make the potential for disputes over bonus clauses nil.

Good point about the table limits.
