This was in the inbox this morning from Energy Casino

"n the light of recent interpretation of the German gambling authorities' decisions by the VISA management we are forced to remove the ability to deposit via VISA for German customers. The removal of this payment method for Germany ensures that we will be able to offer VISA payments. Thank you for your understanding. "

Yes, and Mastercard too. The same reached us from ComeOn
Visa & Mastercard in Germany
As most of you have already heard from other providers or through the news, VISA and Mastercard can no longer be offered as payment methods at online casinos in Germany. This was decided directly by the payment provider, due to the government restriction imposed, and is affecting the entire industry.

Just got this from Premiergaming group

Hello Dear Partner,

I have bad and good news.
The bad one is that we have to close the German market on our MGA brands, ProntoCasino and PremierLiveCasino. DE players cannot deposit anymore on the sites using Trustly, so I'll need you to remove the brands on your DE sites.
The good one is that we continue to acquire DE players on our Curaçao brands so you're more than welcome to get DE to traffic on CasinoExtra, DublinBet, Lucky31, or Fatboss.

Please contact me for more information.

The US facing casinos seem to be moving more and more towards BTC / Crypto, is that not the case elsewhere? I have asked a few AMs the % of depositing players using BTC, and its still pretty low, but also slowly growing.

can't use Trustly anymore ? i believe tha's not correct because instant payments like Klarna and Trustly are very popular.

Precisely because credit cards can no longer be used, these methods are becoming increasingly popular.

There are still some options on the german market to use under MGA license. Also the use of e-wallets but the percentage is much lower. The options under Curacao license are much lower for DE players.

Yeah, around 10%... With all the issues surrounding payouts, almost every casino complaint is about payout speed or payout limits, I think more people need to try it for a first time to see its value.

You still can use trustly, and there is also at this stage no official withdrawal of Mastercard from the German market. I completly understand when casinos leave the German market, but please dont give me this bullshit.
