Vortex Alpha supplied faulty links and then refused to pay for the campaign.

We have been working with Vortex Alpha for over a year and despite occasional payment delays things seemed to be working fine. On November 19th our manager (MJ) gave us an offer to run and sent us the tracking links for a casino brand. We've run the ad campaign and brought a few FTDs. On December 18th we were told that "adv didn't approve any campaigns and therefore they will not pay any leads". Basically Vortex gave us an offer to run without even approving it with an advertiser first, which ended up with us essentially throwing away our money for running the campaign. They might as well have just sent us some random link to a random brand. This is obviously a highly unprofessional mistake from a well known network, but a mistake that could easily be fixed nonetheless.

We asked Vortex Alpha representatives to reimburse us the money spent, to which they kept claiming that they were "working on it" for a few months and then just disappeared altogether and stopped responding to our messages.

In all of my years working in this industry this is probably the most unprofessional and disrespectful cooperation I came across. I have screenshots of our cooperation with Vortex Alpha team so they can be attached as proof if needed.

Hello @MapleMedia please note that we do not have Vortex Alpha listed on our website.
However, we can inform their representatives about the complaint you made and try to help.
Regards.
