Wagershare net rev % changed ?-RESOLVED

If I calculate all earnings for 2011 then netrev X 25% = commissionFor 2012 the commission is only 22% ?!?What is this, have they changed the basic commission scheme % ?????

Sorry I made a mistake : I selected the player report instead of the payment report for 2012, the latter is converted to EUR (1 currency) the other is not, so that is the difference.

PS : The archive reports work well and are easy to access and upload to excel.

Well our stats are screwed up it seems when the moved to the new system non of our players from the past 8yrs went over with the change, not a happy camper! They need to fix this asap

Can you please start a new thread if needed IMO it is not fair to hijack this one as I made a mistake.

FYI : My players from previous years are still active according to the player reports.
