I have found that you can negotiate with almost all of them... Sometimes its just as easy as asking... I put my highest paying programs (that convert well) on top. Some programs are harder to negotiate with then others, as some may want better placement in return, while others simply say okay.

The best time to negotiate (without having to offer up top placement) is before you sign up... My advice.
