What do you think about my idea? Is it possible in real life?

I have post this on gpwa already. I post it here to get more feedback.

Many of us have been deceived by iGaming affiliate programs. Unfortunately, there seems to be little recourse as nobody seems to care about affiliates who have been cheated by operators. While many of us express our frustrations within the community, no one take meaningful action. As webmasters, it's crucial that we protect our profits.

The problem:

  • No online casino licensing provider appears to prioritize whether a casino cheats its affiliates or not.
  • Even popular affiliate platforms lack transparency and honesty towards affiliates. They seem to prioritize casinos over affiliates. Casinos have the freedom to manipulate player numbers or engage in other deceptive practices without the affiliate's knowledge.

My idea:
Why not pool our resources and invest money together hiring skilled developers to create an affiliate platform that prioritizes honesty and fairness for both casinos and affiliates? This platform would prevent casinos from engaging in actions that could cheat affiliates. We can then inform all the casinos we work with that we prioritize those who use this platform. In doing so, we not only protect ourselves from being cheated but also incentivize casinos to operate with honesty.

We can minimize most of the cheating that we face today by implementing some interesting features. For example, affiliates should have visibility into the activity on the platform. If one of our high-value players disappears, we need to be able to track whether the player has been deleted or not. If the player has been deleted, we should be able to see this action along with the reason provided by the casino. Additionally, any changes to the terms and conditions should require approval from both parties. Furthermore, all fees should be transparent, clearly stating what will be deducted and providing a breakdown of the calculations used. The only way a casino can cheat us is by withholding payments.

We can begin by incentivizing casinos to use this platform, such as ensuring that only those utilizing it rank at the top. This makes perfect sense because if a casino is transparent with affiliates, it should also be transparent and beneficial for players as well. After the platform achieves a high adoption rate, we can take more aggressive actions, like stop working with affiliate programs that do not use this platform at all. But for this to work, we must be serious about it. It won't make any difference if only two websites do this. However, when casinos see that 80% of affiliates, especially the big guy they work with, have adopted this approach, they won't have any choice but to listen to us!

The hardest part is affiliate website owner will stick together and make this happen. I got fuck up many ways from casinos I work with and I didn't like it at all. It also make me feel very frustation when I see many many webmasters got fuck up like me and only thing that they can do is screaming in forum. This doesn't make anything change at all. We need something more than that!

I am not sure about opening an affiliate platform but something must be done for sure.
Why not? With all the technological advancements, and communities.
Why won't we group up and stop worrying about getting f'ed up ?

I am also wondering why no one has replied to this thread yet.
What about the veterans of this community? Any thoughts on this?

Did someone try something before?
