What do you think about the use of AI in gambling industry?

Hey! I'm a website developer of Slotsdoc company and several month ago I've faced an issue: our company has approved a development strategy and a key point is implementing Artificial Intelligence in slots development. To be honest, I still have no clue on how to do that - from where to start? If someone has ideas or, maybe, some literature to read - please, share with me.
