Ok so I’ve just logged in to be presented with the following in the photo attached.

I will not be accepting these terms until we have a full understanding.

Does the first paragraph mean that you need a minimum of 10 new depositing players in a 3 month period or does it mean you need 10 new depositing players every month for 3 months (30 in total) ?

Also in the second paragraph it reads if a player is inactive for 3 months or doesn’t deposit £10 during a 3 month period they are inactive, what does this mean? Are they no longer my players?

It seems we havent checked the terms for coral affiliates yet and allocated them a status.
These terms are definitely predatory and I would suggest NOT signing up her. These terms are PREDATORY

If you are 'inactive' and dont meet the qoutas they stipulate it means:

8. Inactivity

8.1. If we deem you to be Inactive, we may freeze your Affiliate Account and notify you that it has been frozen. If we freeze your Affiliate Account and do not receive any response from you, within 30 days of our notification, we will be entitled to (but not obliged), at our sole discretion, either:

(a) delete your Affiliate Account and terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 14.2; or

(b) decrease the amount of your Revenue Share as per the table in clause 9.5 below for any Customers.

If we notify you of termination and you do not respond within a further 60-day period, any funds remaining within your Affiliate Account at the time of freezing will revert to us and you will have no right to reclaim it.

8.2. If a Customer is deemed to be Inactive we may, at our sole discretion, either:

(a) de-track that Customer (and you will no longer receive any Revenue Share in relation to them); or

(b) decrease the amount of your Revenue Share as per the table in clause 9.5 below for that Customer (irrespective of whether that Customer remains Inactive or becomes active again).

14. Term and Termination

14.1. This Agreement shall start on the date that we notify you that your application to join the affiliate programme has been successful and shall continue thereafter until it is terminated in accordance with this clause 14.

14.2. We may terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time and for any reason by giving you 1 week’s written notice (including email).

I’ve given them over 500 new depositing customers to date. These terms have just been updated today

They shouldn't be applying these new terms to your existing customers.
… but given this group's appalling history of total disregard for their affiliates, I won't be surprised if they do.
They ripped me off in a big way... twice.
They are nothing but thieving bastards

Whatever you do - DO NOT agree to accept these terms!
To answer your questions, I would say it means:
1) 10 depositors in total over 3 months.
2) Not sure, but given their track record they will probably steal these players from you.

Coral are the type of affiliate program to say either accept the new terms or we close the account:/

Whether it's a gun at your head now or later, you'll loose your head, either way ;)

It seems that the screenshot is an explanation of their inactivity clause. Inactivity clause is a made-up clause that bad operators/programs have that pushes affiliates to keep promoting them for the affiliate to continue to enjoy the revenue from customers that the affiliate has already sent in the past. When an affiliate sends a new customer to an operator, the service has been rendered - future work or volume doesn't matter, so that's why this is a made-up clause.

You can try and negotiate with them to have this removed. It helps if you have leverage with the negotiations (you or a friend have a lot of potential traffic for them).

I don’t understand it, are you saying that we will still be paid on services / players previously given but once agreeing the new terms if for example we only give 9 players they will deem the account inactive solely for the 9?
