What is acceptable admin fee?

There's a lot of affiliate programs that take a certain percentage of net revenue. What amount is acceptable in your opinion, or is it acceptable at all?

Usually programs take a sum off the gross not the net, this is usually to cover bonuses, fees etc, is this what you are referring to?
