Hello,

I work for lucky18casino as an affiliate manager. I would like to ask the people that use this forum what THEY think makes a good affiliate program. I am always looking for ways to improve our program and any feedback people can offer is very valuable to me.

Regards

Carl,
I hardly ever to contact my most successful program. They pay on time every month and their casino offers a great service with excellent conversions rates and player retention. That eliminates 99% of the emails alone.

When I do have to contact them they respond within a day.

The reason I like my affiliate program I promote is because they preemptively address any potential issues by doing what the affiliate and the player expects them to do. lol.. so it's almost out of the hands of an affiliate manager.

Cheers!

Thanks for the reply.

What do you look for in an affiliate program? What would make you place my casino on your site over some one elses?

I agree 100% with Wagerx. A good affiliate program has very little need to be in contact continuously with an affiliate unless there is a promotion going on specific to the affiliate.

A good program is one that:

1. Let's the affiliate do the marketing (i.e., is not bothersome)
2. Responds within hours (no longer than 24 hours) to any questions or problems.
3. Pays on time, all the time, no excuses. You know... like a real paycheck?
4. Is AGD Certified.. Meaning, that program's terms and conditions are affiliate-friendly.

That's what I look for.

Don't contact me I will contact you sort of attitude is one I like. Don't spam forums and hire people to spam forums for you (ad agencies) and don't go forum whore posting (read term that on meister forum today was funny)

That pretty much sums it up for me besides pay me on time and don't make me chase my money.

Most of us season veterans of online gaming have been put through the ringer and wasted our time with new programs and that is not to put you down it is just to warn you. We will sit and watch a program for a few months before we go promoting it to our players.
