We would like to inform you that:
On the 31st of October 2016 the UK Gambling Commission is introducing a new licence condition according to which you must ensure that you do not allow advertisements for any of our brands to pop up on any illegal streaming websites (“ensure that you do not place digital advertisements on websites providing unauthorised access to copyrighted content”).
Since this requirement will be compulsory as part of our UK licence, we will take all the reasonable steps to ensure that you are compliant with the new Licenced condition and do not place any digital advertisements for the licensed activities on such websites. As a result of this, will soon update our affiliates’ T&Cs and inform you accordingly.
We would also like to remind you that:
We urge our affiliates to follow these simple guidelines to avoid any future disruptions and should you need any additional advice or help, please contact us immediately.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best Regards,
