I'm looking for two months and not able to find a program that fits my needs.
Can you help me?
1. No white label
2. No Income Access backend
3. Pays at least 80% of the advertised rev. share.
4. Converts Asian and European traffic
Am I too picky?
Thank you.

Have you tried Casino Rewards? Seems to me that it meets your criteria, except point #4 will entirely depend on you, your website and your traffic. May I add point 5 and 6? 5 being pays fast and 6 being helpful affiliate managers.

Last thing you'd want is to wait for your money for a month, and/or your affiliate manager to take a week to reply for a few measly logos that you need.

Since 2017 I started working only with brands who I have met personally and I've been very pleased with them. If you haven't tried them, you should.

Thanks for your reply, but I'm with Rewards for 16 years. Points 5 and 6 are valid.

I'm not too fond of it. It's cumbersome.
how it's affecting your day-to-day affiliation?
I agree that's not the nicest interface but who cares?

ask your account manager for links, use tracking software with a stats crawler as a dashboard for all of your accounts, and you only need to visit the affiliate program accounts once a month to make sure the payments were made.

Doing my best

But seriously. There is no reason why someone will not send traffic because of an unfriendly user interface.

Well in general you are right, although in some cases it's just too much.
Especially when essential data is simply not shown.
That's not the affiliate platform's fault.

The platform is just an interface for the affiliate, the real data is stored at the provider's databases.
So if the provider decides not to show data (shave it or not expose it) they do it before the data is moved to the platform.

So it does matter if it NetRefer, IncomeAccess, Mexos, Omarsys, etc...

Pays at least 80% of the advertised rev. share? I would say that is too picky.
