what with links

I tried to add few links, but I can't
even links to wiki I can't add
I know, somewhere should be a thread about links and rules, but i didn't find it
Can you give link for right thread, or post here an information about add links

If you mean including links in your posts here, then yes, I believe there are rules to prevent new users posting them.
Have to admit, I don't actually know where these sorts of rules are
