I was told:

Some of the reasons for a locked player could include:

- duplicate account: a player has already an account in our casino
- wrong currency: a player signs up and defines different currency than the one designated for his region
- age: a player is underaged, the limits may vary depending on the region where customers come from
- shared IP / MAC address: a player might share some security details with already registered players to our casino
etc

In a reputable casino: The player is in violation of the casino's terms or excluded themselves.

At a crooked company: The player will be no longer tracked in your affiliate account and no further earnings will be paid to you.
