I am not sure what a VAT tax is... but I would guess that your going to have to pay the tax yourself... I just can't see them (casinoaffiliateshare.com) paying any taxes at all if they don't have too.

I do believe that most all these aff programs state that you as an affiliate are responsible for ALL taxes.

this tax is only for finall customer, if you are selling something like company to other company (ad space for example) and this company is from EU, I should provide this number so I haven't pay it. Otherwise I have to pay extra, for something what shouldn't be paid in normal situation.

Can you explain the situation a little more?

You've received payments from CasinoAffiliateShare which presumably have included VAT on top of the commission amounts. Is this right?

You now have a VAT return to complete and believe that you will be liable for the VAT if you don't have CasinoAffiliateShare's VAT number?

Are you in the EU? If so, what country? Are you actually VAT registered in your country?

I can probably help sort this out for you, but I need more info.

Edit to Add: @lots0 : VAT is Value Added Tax: It's the equivalent of state sales tax in the USA.
