We are running some websites abut casino, betting and poker in small Europe country. We not providing these games, just good content and selling advertisements of gambling companies

We have our all team in here, but our business is kind of "illegal here" because it is forbidden to put gambling companies adv and links to your website. We are growing fast so we wanna become legal business, so we are searching for solutions. Now we are thinking about opening limited CO in UK. Because UK has more simple and easy rules for business. Maybe somebody know this information. It is legal tu put links on your website if you have company in UK?

Thanks

Yes, provided you abide by UKGC and ASA rules. Basically don't promote non-UK licensed gambling sites to people in the UK.

Bear in mind the UK is leaving the EU, so if you're based in the EU you may want to choose a different country in case any kind of funny rules start appearing. Ireland could be a good option, plus low corporation tax. Or one of the big igaming industry countries like Malta or Gibraltar.

I would agree with baldidiot's recommendations.

Was looking at opening a Maltese Bank account when Neteller went pear shaped for non SEPA countries. As long as you have a Malta address (which I'm guessing could be a business address), you don't actually need to be a citizen of Malta. So that could be a viable option for you ;)

Other options would be places like Cayman Islands, Belize... Though at guess these locals may cost a bit to setup. A few casino groups use these countries.

Thanks for replays.

One of main reasons why i am choosing UK company is that it is really easy to open, you can use some servise, pay 50 pounds and next day have company.
I am trying to find some information about how to open company in malta and it looks so complicated...

Maybe somebody can share some helpful links or companies ?

It costs something and it's a hassle. It's interesting when you're able to create substance over there. Most casinos can, for affiliates it's a bit different. Also, if you're having a holding construction with Belize companies, etc all alarm bells are ringing at whatever tax department you're filing your documents.

I've had a company in Belize. I would not recommend it to anyone. Almost everything there goes with 3rd men, so you always depend on that 3rd man. Besides that, it's difficult to open bank accounts with a Belize IBC. In the end, my bank account in Cyprus was blocked and I couldn't open in countries like Bulgaria or Latvia. Most "advisors" are more sellers of constructions than good advisors.

The best advice I got was:

1. Is the income worth the hassle? If not, don't spend any energy in thinking of exotic constructions, but spend it in growing your business. If yes,
2. In which country would you like to live? In the end, it's the easiest if you're having your company and your tax things in the country you are or will be living.

I've considered various options. It all depends on the situation and what is important for you. And that's more than just taxed or being able to set up a company in one day. It's also health care, cost of living, weather, etc

If he is restriced by gambling laws of his country, he has no option but to migrate the business elsewhere.

I don't understand anyway why you cannot open an account for a Belize company in Cyprus? It is just like any other business. If you pay for getting all the proper registration certificates in Belize that the bank needs, they should open that account. Possibly they refuse to do so if you take papers there that most offshore negotiator provides you. When I checked it, it seemed to me most packages those people offer online are missing essential documents. Without them the bank will not accept your application. But anyway, many negotiator offers opening an account for you, too. Personally, I would organize everything myself. If the business is serious, maybe it is better travel those offshore places personally and arrange everything for yourself.

I agree with this.

Restricted means that you have to move.

In Cyprus they're becoming quite strict. At 2 banks my application was refused and it were the most easy banks. I've heard from two affiliates living in Cyprus they were having problems with existing bank accounts. They're not into gambling, also it's difficult to open bank accounts with Belize companies. I must say I rarely see any affiliate programs paying with a Cypriotic bank account.

I agree that it's better to go personally. There's quite some scam around with opening offshore bank accounts or companies, but also people that simply don't know what they're doing. If the business is not serious enough to travel, I guess it's better to stay where someone is or just stop it if there's a restriction in combination with enforcement.

It's better to meet the middle man in person, to see who he is, etc. I had contact with some of those online IBC/LTD-sellers, but it was usually impossible to exactly locate them. That says enough. Sometimes middle men are necessairy, because some of them have good contact with banks, accounts. That might be important in some countries.
