Which are the top 5 biggest affiliates that are also public companies?

I assume that LCB and Catena Media are two of them, but as I have been operating as an affiliate in Latin America for the most part I wonder which are those top 5 (worldwide) affiliates that are public companies and in which countries they started their operations.
