Why can't I send pms?

Is it just me or can anyone else not send private messages to other members?

I could be missing something i suppose. I'm trying to message "guard dog" about a bingo site he may be interested in buying, but can't see how to do it.

Any help appreciated

Calogero95 you can not be upgraded until you have engaged with the community in a significant manner.
