You New classic casino and your red casino both allow players to earn comp points at the same rate.

1 COMP POINT for every $10 you wager

HOWEVER in converting the red casino gives $1 per 101 points and the classic $1 per 1000 points

I only found out about this after I converted 100,000 points at classic and received a $100 when it should have been $1000 and contacted your support. At which point they adjusted the rate of points per dollar to show as 1000 to $1 . Your support has not satisfactory explanation of this bilking.

I do have screenshot to prove the conversion rate was 100 to $1 at you casino classic.

I do not care about getting the comp dollars, i merely want an explanation as to WHY the conversion difference on the same wagering rate.

Thanks

Hi Belgamo,

Thank you very much for your kind post!

The conversion rate between comp points is different, because the accumulation rate is different.

At Intertops Red Casino you get 1 Comp Point for $10 in bets placed. For 100 Comp Points you get $1. So you need to wager $1,000 to get $1 for your loyalty.

At Intertops Casino Classic you get 1 Comp Point for $1 wagered. For 1,000 Comp Points you get $1. You need to wager $1,000 to get $1 just as it is with Intertops Red Casino.

The rate between wager and money that you actually get is the same.

Please let me know, if this answers your question, or if you need any further information.

Hi FictionNet,

I understand and share your concern! We are working very good and clear texts to explain the customers how Comp Points and conversion of them is working. I hope we solve the confusion before it arises.

Hi belgamo,

You are right! This is what the text stated, however, the functionality was different. As it shows in your screenshot it stated 100 Comp Points = $1. However, it actually converted 1,000 Comp Points into $1.

This was clearly a bug. This bug has been repaired.

Please let me know, if you need any further information.
