Hi everyone, I would like to introduce our brands, both wikiwins.com and casinocerise.com. I would like to reach out to anyone interested in sending us casino players. Our affiliate program is wikiaffiliates.com or you may contact me personally.

We are licensed in Curacao and also seeking a UK license as well , and have been around since 2015. We are very flexible with our terms and price structures and pretty much can accommodate many different deals, eg, Hybrid, CPA or RevShare. We are a fast growing casino with a decent conversion rate. We very much value our affiliates and look forward to creating more long-term relationships. Thank you, Michael (CEO).

Hi Michael. Maybe you could tell us why your casinos are special or better than the thousands of others, or some good reasons why players would like to play there. You haven't given anyone much to go on with your post.

So anyway I took a quick look at Casino Cerise and couldn't really see anything exceptional. In fact it was quite the opposite. None of this stuff fills me with confidence:

2.9.1 If fraud is detected on a player’s account, or any prohibited technic of playing like the “martingale”, CasinoCerise shall block the account.

You do know that the Martingale is a losing system for players, right?

6.1 Withdrawal requests are considered from Sunday to Thursday, within 72 hours of the player making the withdrawal request on the CasinoCerise account.

72 hours is too slow.

6.1.1 ... The withdrawal fees correspond to the cost of managing the administrative documents; withdrawal fees of 60 euros are deducted from the player’s withdrawal amount.

€60 withdrawal fees ???

6.2 Withdrawal requests are made in accordance with the agreed Terms and Conditions. The account holder accepts that payments are processed using the payment methods available, as selected solely on Cherry Win’s withdrawal page.

Who or what is Cherry Win? I thought I was reading the terms for Casino Cerise.

6.4 Once it has been approved, the first withdrawal request may take between 48 hours and 12 working days.

12 working days. Come on.

6.7.2 The maximum withdrawal amount of up to €2,500 per week depending on the player’s VIP level.

6.7.3 The VIP level is based on a player’s activity at the CasinoCerise. The more active a player is, the further the withdrawal limit is pushed up owing to the higher VIP level.

Account holders can check their VIP level by contacting CasinoCerise representatives.

"Up to" €2500 per week is penny pinching territory, even at the maximum. VIP level is never specifically defined anywhere, leaving it entirely at your discretion to payout as little or as much as you want.

6.9.1 To make a withdrawal request, the player must bet at least 35 times the deposit amount and 35 times the amount of the corresponding bonus.

Your bonuses are traps with exorbitant wagering requirements.

This Service operates under the License No. 1668/JAZ issued to Curacao Egaming, Authorized and Regulated by the Government of Curacao.

Worthless.

I would never play at that casino myself after reading all that. Of course I know you and every other casino rely on virtually no-one ever reading those things, but that's part of the service we provide to our readers.

Also what is the deal with the name wikiwins? Does it mean something in a non-English language? Or is it supposed to make people think it has something to do with wikipedia? Or can users edit the casino website like a wiki? I don't get it.

CL-Ed's post is 100% spot on!

Sounds like a tin-pot shambles to me :(
You can't just come on here and say "We're great - sign up and start promoting"
It don't work like that.

Your intro didn't even tell us one single thing about your casinos, apart from the names.
KEY information:
Software(s) used?
Countries accepted?
FULL Welcome Bonus details (including WR and if cashable or phantom)?

Stick around - you might learn some useful tips! :p

Hi CL (and KK)and thank you for your response, and despite the critique, I appreciate you taking your time to do what one of my associations should have done.. You raise important points and to be fair to you for taking the time going over our T&Cs, I will respond in-kind (see below). Our goal is to be known as a fair, honest and fun casino and your time and your review is not wasted and is taken seriously. My initial goal to join this community was to meet more affiliates, but I think I was putting the cart before the horse. Nevertheless, please see my response and action items below (and thank you again):

Hi Michael. Maybe you could tell us why your casinos are special or better than the thousands of others, or some good reasons why players would like to play there. You haven't given anyone much to go on with your post.

Correct, like everyone else we try and provide our users with the best and freshest content possible. We believe that we practice a slightly different approach in terms of retention and keep our player satisfaction rate as high as possible. We host a large variety of games from Microgaming, Isoftbet, Spinonimal, Boongo, PariPlay and are always looking to add/integrate more.

To be quiet honest this was related back in 2014-2015 when we had a group of players that deposited money (one day after the next for about a week) and all they did is use this technique and never came back. In result, we lost just over 30k EUR. In that point of time we decided to add that clause but I guess we never had any similar issues since so we will remove this from our terms and conditions.

6.1 Withdrawal requests are considered from Sunday to Thursday, within 72 hours of the player making the withdrawal request on the CasinoCerise account.

72 hours is too slow.

You are right. Compared to other reputable online casinos we are little behind. We will look into it and see how we can reduce it and still respect our banks compliance requests.

6.1.1 ... The withdrawal fees correspond to the cost of managing the administrative documents; withdrawal fees of 60 euros are deducted from the player’s withdrawal amount.

€60 withdrawal fees ???

This will be taken off as we do not charge anyone since 2015. We pay straight back to their deposit method or bank account free of any charges actually. This is being removed. Thank you

Right, this use to be a promotional term on the site. We will make the correction to the terms and conditions.

6.4 Once it has been approved, the first withdrawal request may take between 48 hours and 12 working days.

12 working days. Come on.

We actually pay much quicker than that :) I guess it was mentioned this way just to inform about the total potential waiting time in case for some reason a payment has returned. It’s rarely ever happens, but it happens.
This will be looked into and modified asap.

"Up to" €2500 per week is penny pinching territory, even at the maximum. VIP level is never specifically defined anywhere, leaving it entirely at your discretion to payout as little or as much as you want.

Point well taken and we will define VIP level.

6.9.1 To make a withdrawal request, the player must bet at least 35 times the deposit amount and 35 times the amount of the corresponding bonus.

Your bonuses are traps with exorbitant wagering requirements.

We believe to have the standard wagering requirements and users aren’t necessarily complaining about it.
But this is a good point and any opinion on how much we should make it for will be greatly appreciated. Is there a "standard" wagering requirement?

This Service operates under the License No. 1668/JAZ issued to Curacao Egaming, Authorized and Regulated by the Government of Curacao.

Worthless.

As per our bank’s and Curacao’s compliance request we must mention it. However, we will soon have a page on which all key information will be mentioned. Bonuses, withdrawals conditions and more. In the hope to make our services as transparent as possible.

I would never play at that casino myself after reading all that. Of course I know you and every other casino rely on virtually no-one ever reading those things, but that's part of the service we provide to our readers.

If it makes people think about Wikipedia then I guess it wouldn’t be that bad :)

But “wiki” means “quick” “fast” in Hawaiian. Quick wins, fast wins…wikiwins. We like the name, this we will not change

This is why I miss the old AGD when any affiliate program were "checked out" before being able to post this kind of offer.

72 hours up to 12 days is a little bit behind?

Instant payment is available on some reputable casinos and up to 12 hours will be a little bit behind.

Anyway, with this T&C's I would not play here nor propose those casinos to my players.

It seems that the name of the casino is as bad as the terms.

We haven't even had an opportunity to talk about our affiliate program and you jump the gun about ours... You know nothing about our program and our benefits, nor do you know, that despite our outdated "T&Cs" (which we acknowledged) we have a healthy casino and great relationships with our affiliates. We get no complaints from our affiliates or our players. You can't simply read some T&Cs and make assumptions about the entire company. I'm sure there are many companies out there that , if you check their fine print, may give you pause - probably some that you work with.

So why be mean and put down something just for the sake of putting us down? I have no problem with constructive criticism (see above), but no need to put a company down. We came here in all sincerity and transparency and it's unfortunate you seem to just want to add negativity to this thread.

You're right, I don't know anything about your program, your benefits and your great relationship with your affiliates but I do not "jump the gun" nor want to put your company down or add negativity to this thread!

And if you think that one single opinion (mine) can "put down" your company, means that your company reputation is really weak.

You have came to the forum and asked affiliates to join your program, and based on CL-Ed's short analysis, your T&C's shows that at the moment, your casino does not worth to be promoted.

And it may be that "some outdated T&C's" will keep away any affiliates from promoting your casino because I don't see a single positive reaction in this thread.

So, instead of "fighting" me based on nothing, you might want to review your terms and conditions and then come back here and ask us again to give your affiliate program a try.

And just to be clear, I don't want to be mean or anything, this is only my personal opinion based on what I have seen so far.

@jopaa, thanks for your response. I'm not trying to fight or argue with anyone in this forum. I also didn't come here saying we are the best brand, etc. etc. and please join our affiliate program and send us traffic. And I hope that one can see, from my response CL-Ed's short analysis, that I responded "in kind" and in the most transparent and sincere way possible - I would think that counts for something here (or anywhere) and should give some comfort to anyone wanting to do business with our company - regardless of the outdated T&Cs. My intention is and continues to be to reach out and meet new casino affiliates and if I receive constructive criticism at any level, then great - we are always open to improvement on all levels for the sake of our players and affiliates. Again thanks for your response.

I just want to say thanks to wikiwins for taking my thoughts on board and offering to look into improving their terms for players. It's good to see that at least you are open to change and improvement. Most aren't. I'll wait and see what you come up with before piling on with the criticism.

But “wiki” means “quick” “fast” in Hawaiian. Quick wins, fast wins…wikiwins. We like the name, this we will not change

Thanks, got it.

@CL-Ed , Most definitely, we have already drafted some changes and some corrections per your suggestions. You will see some changes within about a week. We are open to whatever you (or anyone else in this forum) wants to add - we don't take it personal (really). We understand, as most of us in our company are from other successful casino companies, that player value and player experience is important as is conversion for affiliates and transparency. We feel that we have the right attitude and mindset going forward and hope some of you will help and join us with our vision. Thanks once again!

Sunday to Thursday... Hmmmm Isreal (Tel Aviv), be careful guys and girls, we all know (or should) the past history of both programs and gaming entities located in this area. And, reading thru the player T&C's, seems this place is no different.

BTW, my comments are NOT fueled by anti semitism. Instead, facts that a HIGH % of clip-joints are in Tel Aviv ;)

I joined this forum not long ago in order to understand better the affiliate side of things as a casino operator, but this forum has too many smart ass members disguising themselves as professional affiliate gurus and it's unfortunate that you caused me to have to answer you this way, because I don't know you personally @AussieDave , but feel I must.

@AussieDave before jumping in on a thread looking for any opportunity to interject your awesomeness as a member of this community, did you even take the time to read what @Vivabonus is asking before making such uninformed generalizations of gaming companies that may have began from that region (Israel) - and just so you know most of the best gaming companies and technology come from there. Whoa how you jumped from misreading a post from an a new affiliate member to making racists remarks - where the hell did that come from? Nevertheless, you didn't even read what @Vivabonus was asking? He is an affiliate not a player! Seems your knee-jerk responses piggybacking on other member's threads just for the sake of making some inane and uneducated comments is a habit-- I've encoutnered this before reading the crap you spew here in the capacity as a professional. More importantly, do you really think by trying to end your comment with "BTW, my comments are NOT fueled by anti semitism" , changes your generalization about Israelis (jews) or companies. Really?! what are they fueled by @AussieDave? I expect you to come back and with some lame response to my comment to offset somehow your insensitive comment, but you let the cat out of the bag - you're comments have implications of xenophobia and racism, and have no place in any forum, and I'm surprised that AGD did not delete it?

Back to @Vivabonus's question , which unfortunately for some reason you felt you needed to address the issue of 127.00 euros in this forum. Nevertheless we are here, and if for whatever reason you did not get paid, there may (or may not be) a valid reason why but I promise I will provide you an answer. We don't intentionally not pay our affiliates which we value. I will get back to you on the email we have on record when you signed up. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, but next time please do so via email.

Ok, now I know the integrity of the community is non-existent and completely unbalanced.
I would consider this program not trustworthy.
Really?
. When you as an Administrator don't call out a member's comments that are clearly racists generalizations with no clear relation to the question posed in the thread and totally unrelated screams volumes about this forum. how sad... I get how this works now, Wikiwins is the flavor of the month..
