Hello AGD community,
I'm writing to report an ongoing issue with William Hill Affiliates (now Evoke Plc) regarding an unpaid manual bonus that has been clearly registered in my affiliate account since March 2020.
Affiliate username: **sgalasso**
Amount: **€2,015.63**
Date of manual bonus: **16/03/2020**
Status: Still visible in the system, but never paid or cancelled.
In 2021, I was paid a similar bonus (same amount, for April 2020) via invoice no. 1067747, which confirms that these bonuses were valid and approved. However, the March bonus was never processed or invoiced. It still appears under "Manual Adjustments" in the backend.
Since February 2025, I have sent over 5 follow-ups via email, including:
- Full documentation (screenshot, previous invoice, report)
- Emails to support and to Gratiela Nebunu (finance contact)
- Direct questions to clarify if the bonus is payable
Unfortunately, after nearly 2 months, I’ve received nothing but vague replies and promises that the issue has been “forwarded to the relevant department.”
I’m sharing this here hoping to:
- Get advice from other affiliates
- Know if anyone experienced something similar
- Possibly attract the attention of WH Affiliates so they finally take responsibility and issue payment
