Just read this post, and no matter what the issue the affiliate had, AffPower threatening legal action against an affiliate has just put me right off considering them:

I think OP in there sounded like a idiot. So I don't blame AffPower in that. That OP might have some rights in this is a different matter. But the way he put it up was not good.

Just for info I am mostly against AffPower and have not started any promoting as they have those strange terms and conditionss BUT that does not make them rogue or anyone else.
