Wrong admin fee applied? - RESOLVED

Hi, sorry if this is not the correct section for this post.

I have some small traffic for casino vertical and I am working whit Ultrapartnes for some months.

The first traffic I sent them they were applying a 25% admin fee whit a 25% revenue share. Then they raised the revenue share to 40% but one month ago I realized that they were applying a 40% admin fee whit this new revenue share plan (sorry if I am wrong, I am not an expert in this vertical and payout terms but looking the stats that is what I see). I asked my AM on Skype about this but it was like talking whit a wall, they didn't understand me or I don't know how to explain my point. I let you whit the screenshots (I've cut the periods without traffic):

I got paid the pending balance but the miscalculations are still not fixed.

December (40% admin fee instead of 25%):
