Didn't post to the FA forum, because their in the DogHouse.

Just logged in to check stats (not that I promote them anymore), and notice the 'news'. 15% GST is now being deducted from ALL New Zealand players at Fortune Affiliates... When did FA casinos get a NZ gaming License!?! Wasn't aware you could...

More to the point, start paying NZ GST o_O

You can't. Nor can you advertiswe your service in New Zealand.
But they CAN offer remote gambling offshore - see https://www.dia.govt.nz/Services-Casino-and-Non-Casino-Gaming-Prohibited-Gambling?OpenDocument#one

I guess that that Fortune Affiliates can pay GST if they choose.
I know the New Zealand have worked with several international services companies with a presence in New Zealand (eg. Netflix) to start paying GST.

@TheGooner - Casinos hit affiliates for 15% on UK players, because UK licensed casinos get hit with a 15% tax . That makes sense. However, FL casinos do not fit into this scenario. It seems a bit odd, doesn't it???!!!

Very very odd.

There is no license regime - or monitoring of offshore as you saw in that legislation link
So hugely unlikely that they are declaring NZ based revenue and paying GST.

I do know that NZ have been building frameworks for e-commerce taxes for NZ resident sales
But the target is the huge multi-national shoppers like Amazon, NetFlix etc and it is still being discussed in FUTURE tense for most industries,
