I have been locked out of my account for a while,. they still pay and email me for that but when I ask them to fix the password reset I do not get any response. can you help?

looks like they have not answered AFD either.. still locked out, it's a ghost ship affiliate program

Nearly a monthy still all emails unanswered lol.. looks like i will have to drop them from the site.
