We've reached out to you but it looks like a forum reply is necessary at this point. We looked through our past email send-outs and account management actions and couldn't find a trace of a manual termination (just to be sure that this might have been a human error). Just to confirm - if your account was terminated we would have given you a detailed email and information regarding the case.
In regards to the concern of your access to your affiliate account, it might be that due to using a new unrecognised device while logging in, therefore your account can be temporarily suspended. Other reasons might include using a VPN or a login attempt with a wrong password. We will look into it and I was informed that your account manager - Aleksandra is already in contact with you.
Just for once wouldn't it be nice to be informed of an issue instead of affiliates fearing the worst when they cannot login.

We would like to assure you that this is not a standing issue but merely a possibility of something going wrong with a system. If we were to have system problems our affiliates would be the first ones to know. What happened here was a security check activating due to either of the mentioned above circumstances.
