Negative Carry Over: If during any monthly period your referred customers generate negative revenue (i.e. Betfred Casino loses money due to a referred player(s)), your negative balance will not be carried over into the next month. You will never be asked to repay a negative balance.

Revenue Sharing?: For each calendar month during the Term Betfred shall pay to the Affiliate a fee of 25% of Casino Net Revenue.

CPA Details?: BetFred Affiliates does not offer a CPA program.

As well as the above, please be aware that across both Betfred Sportsbook and Totesport, there has been a change in the free bet terms. All new customers now have 7 days, rather than 14, to use their free bet before it expires. The above stipulation will apply to the free bet terms across Betfred Lotto and Virtual products as well as Totesport Lotto.

ActiveWins Terms Changes

5.1 We shall supply You with Links for inclusion on the Affiliate Site and may update such Links from time to time. We will notify You of any new or amended Links via the email address provided in Your application form (as updated or changed from time to time) and upon notification to You, such Links shall be updated on the Affiliate Site within a reasonable amount of time following receipt by You of such notification). If You fail to so display the Links We may terminate this Agreement immediately on written notice to You or withhold payment under clause 6.11 below.


BetFred Terms Changes

4.3 You shall ensure that you do not place any Links on pages of the Partner Site aimed at persons under the age of 18 years or, if the Partner Site is so prohibited by the applicable laws in a relevant jurisdiction, to anyone who is not at an age where they can lawfully participate. Betfred.com has the right to terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with these legally binding codes of practice from the Gambling Commission.


5. Adherence to Licensing Objectives

5.1 You acknowledge that Betfred.com is licensed by the Gambling Commission and accordingly is bound by licence conditions and codes of practice whose aim is to fulfil the three licensing objectives set out in the UK Gambling Act 2005 ("Licensing Objectives") as follows:
5.1.1 preventing  gambling from being a source of crime and/or disorder, being associated with crime or disorder and/or being used to support crime;
5.1.2 ensuring that gambling is conducted in a fair and open way; and
5.1.3 protecting children and other vulnerable persons from being harmed and/or exploited by gambling.

5.2 By joining the Betfred.com affiliate programme, you agree to have due regard for and act at all times in a manner consistent with the Licensing Objectives as though you were a licensee of the Gambling Commission yourself and you agree to demonstrate your consideration of and adherence to the Licensing Objectives in all of your activities as an Affiliate. Any non-adherence to these Licensing Objectives will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement.

5.3 Promotion and Link to Sites: You shall ensure that all marketing, advertising and promotions targeted at potential Customers in the United Kingdom or otherwise subject to regulation by the Gambling Commission shall include the wording set out at (a) to (d) below:
5.3.1 "www.gambleaware.co.uk";
5.3.2 "18 + only";
5.3.3 "Company is Petfre (Gibraltar) ltd and Gambling Commission Licence no. is 39544"; and
5.3.4 "Terms and Conditions apply"


13.5 If you do not deliver one(1) new depositing account within a period of twelve months and have an outstanding balance in your affiliate account, we will send you a notice to inform you (i) of the outstanding balance and (ii) that we will freeze these funds seven (7) days after the date of the notice unless we have heard from you. If after seven (7) days we have not heard from you, we will remove the funds from the affiliate account and place a note on the account detailing the amount and date the funds were removed and we shall only pay such funds to you under the terms of clause 13.6 below. If you do not notify us of any change to your account details or change to your address, then you acknowledge that Betfred will not be able to make payment to you and Betfred will therefore hold the money on your behalf for a period of six (6) years from termination and will pay any such monies owing to you if you contact us with updated payment and address details together with any further documentation that we reasonably require to confirm your identity.

13.6 If either party terminates this Agreement under clause 13.4 or we terminate this Agreement under clause 13.5, we shall pay you any Net Revenues or CPA Payments arising after termination for previously introduced Customers to the account or address notified to us for payment purposes in accordance with clause 7.7. For the avoidance of doubt, the payment of any Net Revenues or CPA Payments after termination will be at the end of every three (3) month period, and will not be subject to the minimum payment requirement set out in clause 7.6 above. If you do not notify us of any change to your account details or change to your address, then you acknowledge that Betfred will not be able to make payment to you and Betfred will therefore hold the money on your behalf for a period of six (6) years from termination and will pay any such monies owing to you if you contact us with updated payment and address details together with any further documentation that we reasonably require to confirm your identity.
