Hello Everyone,

I'm an Affiliate for InterPartners Casino and I'm just wondering If Anyone Has Been Paid their May 2013 Commission from InterPartners Casino Yet? Because I have NOT received my Commission Until Now. I have sent a couple of emails with no answer back.

If anyone has any information, please let me know ASAP. Thank you very much and I hope to hear from you very soon :)

Please see below. Does not really answer a lot. This is just not good enough that payment has still not been made or any information sent again about it.

Email from 4th June. So that is now 3 weeks ago!! happy i have had no earnings.

Please be aware that due to on-going technical reasons we have been unable to import Poker data into our affiliate system since the 1st May and Casino data since the 22nd May.
The only area affected is the sales import from our data warehouse to Income Access, all other areas (such as tracking) are not affected and fully operational.
Rest assured that our tech teams are working around the clock to get your reports updated. Due to this data delay we also envisage May commission payments to be delayed until next week.

Same problems in May as well. When did you get paid there?

That is 2 months in a row now....

Could it maybe also be something to do with the new platform?

Unfortunately, due to technical issues with the OnGame poker feed, we have been unable to upload poker data into the affiliate back end since 25th April.
Our technical teams are currently working on a solution but until the problem has been fixed, we are unable to run payments for April..
Once we have solved the problem we will also be running a full analysis to ensure that all data is present and correct. We can assure you that payments will be sent early next week.

Hmmm also back in February. I am starting to question this. How come those problems reoccurring almost every month if they have technical team working on it. Makes no sense.....

Hello everyone,

First of all we would like to apologize for the delay in processing of payments in the last two months.

This delay is a result of some unexpected issues with the consolidation of data from the different sources since we migrated to the new platform. Our team is working around the clock to resolve this issue and we expect payments to go out early next week. This is the same reason why you cannot see your stats. Once we have the data loaded in the system you can see stats and we can run the payments.

Should you require a manual report of your earnings please email us at support@interpartners.com and our team will get that to you within 24 hours.

We take our relationship with affiliate partners very seriously and are very sorry for the inconveniences this has caused.

I am pleased to tell you that May and June outstanding payments have now been processed and data for these months is correct and up to date in the InterPartners backend.

Unfortunately, we are continuing to experience issues with our daily load and as such, July data will not be loaded until later today.
