We have our invoices unpaid since September and after a couple of months when the manager finally answered, he said that they've changed finance email.
Shocking news: the invoices are still unpaid after sending them directly to the manager's personal email :D

Good to know that there's still someone replying! We considered it as lost debt as we thought that they've just totally vanished. Still, won't have my hopes up.
Quoting their terms and conditions:
Deductible Costs means any third party fees (including without limitation, licensing fees, progressive jackpot contributions, transaction fees, game royalties, payment processing fees, end-user verification and validation fees, software royalties, any game...
Their POV is totally understandable. But on the other hand every CPA triggered with the pre-agreed parameters until the date of notification should be paid.
Thanks for sharing the experience. Not really surprised to hear this as they've been not so smooth to cooperate with.
But of course you should definitely get your compensation until the date the commission plan was changed!
Hey! I literally came here to start a thread about the same issue and saw this. Same situation, no payments received for a couple of months and their staff is not responsive.
OK, well I got contacted by her Monday morning and the commission was paid Monday afternoon. That's all I know. Also she said they're clearing accounts and unpaid commissions as the new owners are "very intense on staying top of payments" after previous owners' neglection.
