Hello,
I want to share my experience with Robyaffiliates. They approached me as a new company and offered to collaborate. We agreed on the terms, and the first two months went well. However, in the third month, on the 21st, they informed me that they were changing the agreement from CPA to RS. I did not object, and the month ended.

In my understanding, they should pay for everything up to the 21st as CPA and from the 21st onwards as RS. However, when I asked about it, they refused to pay, claiming it was not profitable for them. Over the three months, they never approached me to discuss any concerns or issues they had. I tried to resolve the situation amicably, but they were unwilling to compromise. Their stance was simple: if it’s not profitable for them, they won’t pay.

Be cautious with this company to avoid a situation like mine. I hope this post serves as a lesson for them—that they can’t treat affiliates however they want.

Merry Christmas....

Thanks for sharing the experience. Not really surprised to hear this as they've been not so smooth to cooperate with.

But of course you should definitely get your compensation until the date the commission plan was changed!

Here what answer i got:

We appreciate your feedback and value our partnership. However, let me clarify a few points to avoid any misunderstandings.

The changes to the agreement were not made spontaneously but were based on the fact that the quality of the leads provided did not meet the expectations set at the beginning of our collaboration. This directly impacted our results, making it impossible to continue working under the original terms.

We also want to emphasize that our business relationship is built on equal partnership, not on a "boss-employee" model. Your example about a salary, unfortunately, does not apply to this situation, as a partnership agreement involves mutual obligations and responsibility from both sides for the outcome. The adjustment of terms was caused by an objective issue (low lead quality) rather than a subjective evaluation of your efforts.

We understand the importance of open communication and collaboration, and in hindsight, we acknowledge that the transition could have been handled more collaboratively. For that, we apologize and will strive to improve our approach in the future.

That being said, the adjustment of the terms was a necessary step to ensure mutual success and better alignment moving forward. We remain open to constructive dialogue and to finding compromises should you wish to discuss how we can achieve better results together.

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to continue working together on fair and productive terms.

Their POV is totally understandable. But on the other hand every CPA triggered with the pre-agreed parameters until the date of notification should be paid.
