We deposited €15 via BTC and took a welcome bonus of 100% up to 1000.
Our funds with the welcome offer were €30 and we started playing some slots:
Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report
For the deposit of €15 via Skrill our earnings were €13.50
Since we have a 45% deal, NGR would be €30
We contacted the representative and asked how come NGR figure can be 30 for the deposit of 15.
The update we received on the 29th from the representative:
“The current problem is if the player takes a deposit bonus and the bonus is not LOST or WAGERED yet it will show the real money amount + bonus money amount (Because affiliate platform cannot divide real money or bonus money, unfortunately) So the real commission if the deposit шы 15 EUR and 50% of Rs will be 7.5 EUR respectively. We are trying to fix it now. But no worries, every affiliate gets their commission right and in full %.”
The test deposit was made on July 19th, and the figures are still the same. We sent emails and asked if the issue has been resolved, but no updates so far.
