21Bet - now under new ownership and platform change

We've some exciting news about the future of 21Bet.co.uk...

We're embarking on a hugely ambitious journey that we're sure will see us emerge as one of the dominant players in the UK betting market.

Our new owners have signalled their intent to heavily invest in the 21Bet.co.uk site, providing us with a unique chance to make a fresh start whilst allowing us the opportunity to build a more attractive betting brand.

As those plans require significant changes in our structure, there are some key points we need to convey to you:

• 21Bet.co.uk are moving away from the FSB platform and license provided by FSB Technology LTD platform: License (000-022201-R-305119-017)
• 21Bet.co.uk will be moving to the SBtech platform today and will now be licensed by the Incentive Group LTD (000-037887-R-318924-014).
• 21Bet.co.uk is now a completely new company, so we have not been able to migrate current UK players to the new 21Bet.co.uk site.
• Although Netent, Microgaming, Playson, Ainsworth, Booming Games, Realistic, iSoftbet, Quickspin, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, WMS, NYX, Betsoft will be added to the site shortly, the initial site rollout will only show Play n'go, Quick Spin slots and Evolution live dealer.
• The site will launch with card payment options, with Neteller, Skrill and Paypal being added on 7th May.
• The new 21Bet.co.uk site is currently being updated with powerful new features that will give the customer added control (such as YourBet). We've added several new promotions already and more will be uploaded in the coming weeks.

What this means for affiliates:

• Current affiliate accounts will no longer be valid, and any current links will no longer track. All affiliates will need to open a new Income Access account. We are currently setting that up with Income Access and will follow up with the link in a separate email as soon as it's ready.
• Please send an invoice for any owed affiliate commission through to affiliates@21Bet.com which will be reconciled within 30 days.
• Reviews need to be updated to reflect the new platform changes and new logo.
• These changes only affect the 21Bet.co.uk brand.

We'll be in touch over the coming weeks and months to reveal all our exciting plans for the brand. It's going to be one hell of a ride and we look forward to sharing that success with you!
